Hacker transferred Minecraft Account to an another microsoft account

Okay so, my friend was in Minecraft and someone messaged her “wanna 1v1, if you win i’ll give you a month of vip” in a server, she won it and they asked her for her email, she gave it and they asked for a code “to verify that it’s you confirm the payment” but it was actually “i forgot my password” code, she gave it… i helped her get her account back but apparently they transferred her account to another microsoft account because now it says she’s doesn’t own the game, we have the transaction ID and everything about the account, we already opened a minecraft support ticket but they didn’t even read the “what happened” part and they think we don’t have the microsoft account. they led us “how to recover microsoft account” page. we responded that we already recovered it, now, no response. she created a new ticket, no response. finally, i created one, the auto-response bot that for her transaction id, another emails she had, so she gave me the response of every question, i responded, but still no response.

Hello again Hemius, you have to ask her to send another request, we can't tell you how long it might take a response from Mojang.

We already got the Microsoft account that was linked to Minecraft account back... It's Minecraft says she doesn't own it. That's why we think the hacker transferred it.

That's what we did, i talked about it, they don't respond her. That's why finally I made it but still no response....

she will have to go through recovery of the account, unfortunately she may also get banned for sharing account details which is against the terms and conditions.

also if you have recovered the account then you would still own Minecraft as this is linked to the account and cannot be transferred, you may want to contact support, but as i say as she willingly shared her account details then it could be a disaster.
