I bought my son a £15 prepaid voucher and as I read this redeem code out to him a gamer who has been befriending my son for a couple of days type in the code faster than my son could and stole the money the gamers ID is [mod removed] he
has also been trying to get friendly with my sons friends. My son is only 10 years old and this person is an adult he is praying on young children to try and con them....As you can imagine my son is very upset and all his pocket money is gone I hope this gamer
is caught and banned.

prepaid voucher code not working

I purchased a prepaid voucher code online for my son and when I have tried to redeem it on his xbox it says there is problem with the xbox service and displays an error code I have typed the error code into a support page on the xbox website and it says
no error code found. Please help my son is very upset.

Help, hacker on the loose

There is this hacker. He steals peoples accounts, he even stole mine. I got mine back. My friend got shis stolen by the same guy. The hacker is using his account. Is there anyway that he could get banned without my friend getting banned. Hes also threatning
me to steal my acct.

You can report him using the Xbox reporting system

u can try disconnecting the headset/mic so other people cant hear what gets said on that side of the mic

You can also input the code on Xbox.com or just give your son the code card so it's not spoken.

1-It is against forum rules to name and shame other players in posts. Please refrain from any further calling out.

2-Why in the world would you not make sure his mic was off or just give him the card so he could type it in for himself.

3-You could try to report the alleged offender but he didn't get the information from your son or trick him to give it away, you did that part just fine all by yourself. If anyone is to blame here it would be you. Go out, get him
another card and this time turn his mic off and don't read it aloud for the world to hear.
Take ownership for your actions.

How about delete the hackers account, I have the name of another hacker, recently stole my cousins account and is even selling it, xbox gamertag of hacker is fritz6163, how about do something and get rid of the hackers
