Hacker stole my Microsoft account with my Minecraft account inside

Hello, I will just get straight to the point.

On August 9th 2022 my Microsoft account got hacked. I got a gmail saying my password got changed for the account and another gmail was adding to the account. After that I stopped getting gmails about my Microsoft account and could no longer log in into it. The main reason I had that Microsoft account was only because Java Minecraft wanted everyone to migrate their accounts from Mojang to Microsoft and so I did.

Now I have no access to my Microsoft account and I can't log into Minecraft anymore because of this. I have had Minecraft since 2015 and it was a big part of my childhood. Now Minecraft is nothing but a memory to me because my account got hacked.

I contacted Mojang about my this first which because I first on getting my Minecraft account back and they told me that since I migrated that they can no longer help me... So then I went to Xbox support. I talked to them on the phone and explained to them everything what happened. They gave me a form to fill out asking me a bunch of questions about the account. I answered them as truthfully and detailed as I possibly could. But after a couple days I got a heart breaking email saying that since the security questions were changed that they couldn't recover the account. I was very sad to hear this news and on October 2nd 2022 I decided to try again and see if something can be done. I told Xbox on the phone again what happened and adding that last time didn't work and if there is anything else. They however just told me to fill out the form again and so I did. A couple days later I got the same exact email. Same words in the same order.

I decided to go to Microsoft itself on seeing if I can get my account back. I told them what happened and they gave me a form to fill out. I filled it out and after a week of no response I decided to see what was going on for the case. I had to open up a new case and ask the person about my previous case. He told me that it was never forward but now he would forward my new case. After a couple days I got a email saying that Microsoft engineering team was now looking at my case. Then after a couple days I got a email that was word for word from the past two emails I got about how my account can't be recovered.

After this I made a new ticket on Microsoft pretty much begging them to help me get my account back in anyway and told them that I would do whatever they wanted to prove the account was mine. They sent me a phone call and the guy there told me not to worry and that they would help me get my data all back. However then he transferred me back to an Xbox support person who had me fill out the same exact form. At this point 5 days in waiting I haven't gotten a response but I can understand that they might be busy.

However I have tried Xbox and Microsoft a total of 4 times now and nothing seems to be working on getting my account back. The only thing I want is my Minecraft account back. So please is there anyway whatsoever that you(Microsoft) can some unlink the Minecraft account from the hacked Microsoft account and either leave it unlinked and I can link it to a new Microsoft account or link it to a new one for me. I know it is an unusual request but I am really desperate for my Minecraft account back. I really want to keep trying until I get it back. It has been very long and the whole process of all of this has been no fun.

Please guys I beg you to just give me my Minecraft account back at least that is all I want. I have my Mojang log in info but it won't work because it is connected to Microsoft. I already asked Mojang for assistance on getting my account back and unlinking it but they said this is something Microsoft has to help me with.

Please get back to me not with an immediate no I can't have my Minecraft account back but with asking for more information and reviewing my issue. I haven't put any specific information like my gamer tag or gmails or anything like that in this because it says not to but if you guys need it I will give it.
