Hacker stole my Microsoft account and turned on two phase verification.

1 and half year ago was my Microsoft account hacked via my Email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. The hacker setuped 2 phase verification and now I can´t get into my account via normal steps. I tried to reset my account and it worked after second time. I cancelled hackers 2 phase verification, but it takes 30 days to apply, so after fer hours he again logged into my account and refreshed everything, so I can´t again gain acces to my Microsoft account, but now even the account reset don´t let me gain acces and even if it worked, the hacker would do the same thing again. So what I need is to get my account back with Your help. Please check all the connections with IPs all the suspicious things that have been happening. This account has my Minecraft Java edition and Pocket edition, which are very important for me, I can even tell You all of my Nicknames for these account I have ever used before getting hacked, these are NeiknCZ and then Neikn on Java Edition and AdamecCZgames on Pocket Edition, I also have full acces to the originnal Email with which I created this Microsoft account and trought which hacker gained my Microsoft account. All I need You to do is change the two phase verification email to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, or phone number +420 737 085 318, or simply remove the 2 phase verification, so I can set it up with the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is the email I created my first Microsoft account with. Also some more informations which were required in the automatic account reset: my Skype name is NeiknCZ and my friend name is ninjafake17, I would also include previous passwords, but It is too dangerous to post here, and last thing my Account got hacked around date 1st June 2022, I will also include screenshot where hacker informs me about getting hacked, It is basic mail, where he lies about getting sensitive informations about me to get me scared and pay him. I have gave up after all the tryes to get my account back, but now I have returned. So please help me to solve this thing and get my account back from the hacker.

I hate to tell you but in my experience if the hacker enabled 2 step verification on the account then the chances of you being able to recover the account are very slim.

When two step verification is enabled the only one who can change or deactivate the two step verification is the one who setup the two step verification in the first place. Even support cant change that because thats how the system is designed.

Typically what would happen in my experience in these situations is the recovery team support would just permanently lock the account so that no one (including you) would be able to access it.

Please do NOT turn off Two Step Verification (TSV)!

TSV is a mighty tool that makes it basically impossible for hackers to get into your account.

So for your own account's safety, turn ON Two Step Verification, and make sure you are using an app password from the website instead of your regular password on the Xbox 360!

Your brother is always responsible for what happens to his account. After he got hacked once, he should have taken the necessary steps to prevent further hacking, by
changing his password and turning on Two Step Verification and using an Authenticator App.

With Two Step Verification in combination with an authenticator app, a hacker wouldn't be able to get into your brother's account, as the hacker would have to physically steal your brother's phone. It's basically like letting your entrance door unlocked,
and then complaining that a burglar got into your house and stole your TV.

Your brother can try to do as Mistress Sara said, and contact support to file an Unauthorized Account Access, and then file a Case Review on the Enforcement page at
https://enforcement.xbox.com

But FIRST your brother has to make sure he changed the password to something secure and enabled Two Step Verification in combination with the Authenticator App.

Also, while on the
page for account security, your brother needs to check that the hacker didn't add a phone number or email that belongs to the hacker. Otherwise the hacker would simply recover the account through his own emails or phone numbers.
