Hacker stole my account and changed the info

I have the exact same issue the hacker stole my account by somehow going into security info and changing the password and email to his making it impossible for me to login. The hacker also then decided to make a new account with my email and password leaving me with no minecraft account. I have proof that I own the account. Please help!

How about delete the hackers account, I have the name of another hacker, recently stole my cousins account and is even selling it, xbox gamertag of hacker is fritz6163, how about do something and get rid of the hackers

I have the number but it says that it's doesn't match any account I think the hacker changed it I tried recovery from but it always says not enough info,

I'm afraid that maybe the hacker changed my info I'm not sure

At which point the person who stole the account gets off scot free, you don't get your money back and the hacker gets back in again because you didn't bother to change your password.
