Hacker sending indecent message

How can we protect our account from hacker? My son told me yesterday that there's a lot of his friends recevied indecent messages from him... That's impossible 'cause me wasn't at home for the week-end.

why dont you do the clever thing, if there sending you messages saying they will hack you then report them

 

Xbox One Spam Messages

I think the larger issue is just how unsecure the Xbox One platform is. I mean they seriously can't be just grabbing and hand typing each GT and sending a message? It has to be automated in some way with a hacked console or by using the Live website. I mean blocking one GT does nothing if another 50 new GT's are also sending spam. The question is how are these d-bags sending spam populating their message list? Are they just adding all recent players to a large message? This hacker / pirate community is running rampant on the Xbox platform and has for a long while with controller mods, console mods, etc.. They really need to nip this in the bud and drop the hammer.

Some other things that can be done moving forward to protect the account:

• Make sure the password is unique to the account and not used anywhere else
  
• Enable
  2 factor authentication for the account so if it is logged into on an unknown device you have to approve it
  
• Never save the password to the account on a device that is not in your possession
  
• Make sure personal information that could allow someone to guess your password or even answers to account recovery questions are never shared, especially on social media (like the surveys asking what your first vehicle was, street
  you first lived on, etc.)
