Hacker(s) in-game

Just playing black ops 2 and came across 1 possibly 2 hackers in-game, i’ve filed a report but from personal expererience it takes a bout a month for the report to even do anything. Gt’s are;[Mod Removed – Personal Information].and
[Mod Removed – Personal Information]. and I have visual proof of them hacking, is there anyway to get this proof to a microsoft employee directly?

i think there is one hacker training other peoole to hack and once he,s done there going to be majior promblems

That´s why I like DRM.

Les mod and hack options and easier way for the developer to change game bugs.

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and reporting them is the only way to get them to the enforcement team.

 

So there’s no current way to get the proof to someone directly?

The enforcement team would have access to everything they do on Live so they don't accept any other proof other than just reporting them. That's part of the reasons suspensions/bans are not generally issued immediately. It can take time to investigate
them.

 

I’ve done all that but like I said from personal experiences, it takes about a month for the report to do anything and that I had visual proof of the incident and was curious if I could get it to someone

 

Ok, thx for the help and personally if someone has proof of it, they should be able to send it to someone

 

It takes time for the enforcement team to investigate all the reports they get. They get thousands of reports a day so action doesn't always occur quickly.
