    his actions violate terms of service,action is requested

    Dark Souls 2..is PvP messed??

    LOL at the idea that one can't use the word "hack." I understand that hacking and modding are 2 separate things (and, no, not all modding is hacking and vice versa as was implied) but really, to get bent out of shape because one was called out for hacking
    when they were actually modding...it's all cheating and all contra the XBL ToS.

    If someone is modding and they are going to hate me for calling them a hacker...too bad. They've got bigger issues to worry about than whether I correctly identified their brand of cheating.

    If you haven't already, you'll need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    As long as you do nothing wrong, then nothing will come of it.

    I get called a cheater often too, because I'm prone to go berserker style with a high powered pistol, and since I can usually take a small group of enemies down a few times before they take me I get called out too.

    Nothing else can be done.

    I get similar from people in Gang Matches when I go on the game! They either call me a "rapid fire modder" or accuse me of using a fake account because I'm good but have a low level!

    It's a fact of life that some people are better than others at things, people need to accept this and grow up.
