Hacker/modder

Ok, so I've just about complained to everyone on this guy. I know I can't name gamertag, but I'm wondering how this hacker is still on Xbox. I run into him about everyday or every other and he's cheating in every lobby (black ops 3), I've seen him call
in kill streaks in the first few seconds of the game... Like a mothership. He's also ended games immediately after they start, spin in circles and kill everyone on the opposing team and the worst part is, he kicks ppl offline. I got kicked off 3 times today
for asking him to stop cheating. I've reported him too many times to count and friends in the same lobbies have too. He's still at it. He'll get on the mic and tell ppl he's kicking offline too, he even says there's nothing Xbox can do to him and I'm honestly
starting to believe that. I mean, reporting doesn't help, blocking or muting doesn't help. Is he really untouchable by xbox?? Oh and his in-game gamertag is always these extremely long names but when u click on it, it shows his usual/real gt. Oh and once,
he made the whole lobby jump hella high (kinda funny) but still... Smh

That link doesn't work. Also, I've reported him countless times and even contacted Xbox support. He may be right, no one can touch him.

 

What blows me away is that it seems through all the years of these games that the knowingly put these exploits into the games. In one version you could tell who the modders where by the coloured gamertag, yet they couldn't make a patch to ban the consoles
or the gamertags. Pretty pathetic that people can still bypass a closed network.
