Hacker Modded my Account- MW2 Xbox 360

So, after cracking out the old 360 again after hearing they activated the old COD servers, I seem to have run into an issue.

I've played numerous good games, but have found myself being put into and equal amount of hacked/modded lobbies.

The most recent one had a hacker, for lack of a better term, roll back my profile.

I was Ninth prestige, level 70.

I have since become un-prestiged, level 70.

Interestingly, I can still access all my previous custom classes in game, but I can only modify the first 5 of these custom classes in the pre-game lobby.

I'm really hoping there is a way to get my account back to how it use to be, and I'm hoping someone would know how to do it/ whom I would need to contact?

Would this be a Microsoft issue, or a Activision issue?

I can see that you have encountered some issues with your profile after playing on the old COD servers. This sounds like a frustrating situation and I can understand your concern.

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to restore your profile to its previous state, as the data is stored on the game servers and not on our end. MW2 and COD4 are broken games, hackers in every game plus the fact you get plagued with Modding messages its a total waste off time buying anything for these two games

MW3 was released in 2011. I highly doubt they will ban hackers but it's sad to see these games being torn away. I have an Xbox One and I already hear complaints of hackers on Black Ops 2 (Probably, one CoD game in the top 5 of all CoD from my view.) My neighbors
had an Xbox 360 at the time and we played Black Ops 2 so much. I just can"'to see these games being torn away. Sometimes, I wish that Infinity Ward would refurbish Modern warfare 2 (which will never happen) Because, there's no way you can save MW2 from hackers.
And World at War? That's even worse than Mw2 hackers. :l

So i've been hacking/modding on my xbox 360 Slim for a while and i just cant connect to xbox live anymore like wtf. *** piece of ***. im trying to get back to modding games like gta 4 , cod 4 , mw2 and WAW but this *** happens. ps3<3 anyway im a XBOX

black ops 2 is hack already and mw3 i cant get into a 1v1 lobby with out being into a 9v9

there is a video on IHc James doing the black ops 2 mods he is the biggest Hacker on xbox that hack mw2,black ops,mw3 and Black ops 2
