Hacker kicked me offline

so idk if I am doing this right I hope I am I was playing. gta with a friend and another one of his friends joined name
[Mod Removed] and we killed cookies as we do to everyone in gta. we then kinda like started a battle thing and we killed him, he killed us, until it got to a point where it was no longer fun being killed and we voted to kick him. He got kicked
and then he invited me to a party. I joined him and his friend who's names I don't recalls party in which his friends and him were saying rather harsh words and he then kicked me offline and I spent about a hour trying to Fix my router. I just want
to see home get suspended or something. my gamer tag is and his is

Marine Spec Op1

Wanted to talk to support but was offline. My little brother was talking to this guy and this guy was claiming he was a USA cop blah blah, Hes a hacker. And he told us this. But he kept saying to us, Mock me or something and ill ban your xbox offline etc
etc. My brother sent him a message saying please dont hack me. This guy then had a massive go at him and kicked my family offline. We live in a house full of people and my dad was doing work on the internet where he lost all of it. Probably alot of money worth
aswell. He kicked us offline for a good hour. Please if you read this report him, hes hacking so many xboxs too. His name is Marine Spec Op1. Also dont message him, he rages reaaally easierly.

 

This GamerTag is harassing me

His GAMERTAG- [MOD EDIT] sent me multiple messages that i still have, one containing my ip adress saying he has been kicking me offline and will keep kicking me offline. I have been kicked 50+ times and have to reset my modem and my router.
As soon as i get on xboxlive he ends up kicking me within a few minutes. I have filed a complaint and a player review, even blocked communications with him and nothing came from it. He says hes going to keep kicking me and sending me messages cussing at me.
I just want to play xbox without being kicked offline and harassed by this kid. Hes a modder and hacker.

Please see the below page for information on DOS attacks. All you can do is report the player via the console tools. This will send a report off to the PET (Enforcement Team) and they will take the appropriate action necessary once they reach a conclusion
to their investigation. My advice would be to file the complaint, block communications and continue to enjoy your gaming and put this behind you.
