    First and for most, I HATE being rude to people who have done nothing to me. I work retail, I deal with it myself, so dealing with all this is hard because i want to get it fixed but no one is doing anything. And by now I'm just losing it on people...

    On Oct 15, while we were at work, our account got hacked by some **** hat in China. Within 2 hrs the person had changed the email, password, security questions/answers,...basically you name, it they did it. And the kicker, Microsoft didn't do a damn thing
    to stop it. The hacker purchased two $70+ games and EA access. We called the night of and spoke to a customer service guy named Austin and he walked us through how to get the account back/verified. It worked, we got in and changed the password. But we had
    to cancel credit cards and get new ones. Then we got an email stating we needed to wait till 11/22 so the issue could be escalated and looked over. We called Nov 3 to check and see the status,
    NOTHING WAS BEING DONE. No ticket was issued, nothing was being escalated, we were still at square one. Oh and the best part? The hacker changed the email on us again because any email they sent "to us" went to the email on the account which
    was theirs. So we re verified the account AGAIN, and got it back, then was told that they would "personally" escalate the issue to the next level and it would take 24-72 hrs for them to give us a call back for us to answer more questions. Oh and I also called
    the following day just to make sure everything was done properly and this time it was and the lady on that phone call told me that within 2 days i would get a follow up call to make sure I received the other as well.
    GUESS WHAT?! It has been 72 Hrs and I have received
    NONE.
    So I called this afternoon around 1:30 pm to see why i haven't had a single phone call. WHY?!
    BECAUSE THERE WAS AN ERROR AND IT WAS NEVER ESCALATED AGAIN!!! So right away I asked to speak to a supervisor but unfortunately for me they were all busy and they guy would have one call me at 3 pm eastern time. MY TIME. I waited till 7 PM!!!
    7! because i thought maybe it wasn't my time maybe it was western. And again nothing. So I called for the what seems like 10th time in this whole ordeal and told them right off the bat i want a supervisor. She told me she needed info before she sent me off
    to them, so i told her the EXACT SAME THING IVE SAID OVER AND OVER. She tells me that her supervisors are all busy and that she will "personally" escalate the account and have the supervisor call me
    WITHIN 3 HRS.. When i asked if she only had one supervisor she said "well no, but they are all currently busy with other customers."
    EXCUSE ME!? I have been waiting for over 4 hrs for a phone call. Why am I not on the phone with one of them right now?! Well apparently she didn't like me, so she put me on hold and some other lady popped on and said she was a supervisor and
    looked over the account. She said not to worry, that someone would call within 72 hours to ask more questions because the account was escalated. I told her no, i have been waiting 3 days already and nothing was done and that I've been waiting over 4 hours
    for a supervisor to call me regarding this issue. That i didn't understand why its so hard to go in and change the email on the account! She also said she would speak to the other supervisor and see why they didn't call and would call be back in 30 minutes.
    When i asked her if she said indeed 30 mins all she said was "Yeah yeah".....needless to say it has now been almost an hour and still no phone call. We're at our wits end. We've had this account for years and never had this problem. The customer service is
    absolutely terrible! Most can barely speak clearly or don't even understand what we're calling about! I've repeated myself so many damn times and I'm getting no where! All we want to do is change an email that apparently Microsoft had no problem allowing a
    hacker to do, but can't help the true owners who have been loyal customers buying gold xbox live and game after game. When the **** is this going to get resolved!

    Hey the mean dean. On the 360 we could see what we downloaded with download history which was great but since we moved to the xbox one theirs no way too see your download history. If you download a game and delete it,..it will automatically go in ready to
    install. So it recognises you own the game or app. Hope it helps and sorry if you have had a bad experience with xbox support and I hope this helps

  3. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
    wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.
