    Good Day

    i just have been hacked on xbox live when me and my boyfriend played estimated time 23:30 upon until 23:50

    the person is speaking to me on the screen and its in different colours

    its sometimes blury the guy floats through walls and stands on the roof or is like a ghost can barley see the guy

    it happend on call of duty black ops 2

    we couldnt leave we couldnt choose our stuff or see our gamertags and the maps changed repeatedly quickly while we where still busy

    the person then later began to change my speed and all of the stuff all of which i could have seen i have 3 wittnesses myself included

    i changed my security on microsoft password etc

    now tell me how can we play and have fun with people like that wgat is their to do for me i wont let this on go easy

    Thanks for helping out the community by reporting. It's also important to use any official reporting tools on the developer side if they are available.

    Hi Chante,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. As previously recommended by our Ambassador, you do have the option to go to the
    Enforcement site to report the modding/unfair gameplay by those gamertags. You also can head over to the COD developer's site (Activision
    Support    ) and report any modding that has been done during in-game activity there as well. I'm sure that they'd like to know what is going on on their servers as well.

    If you're still worried about the security of your account, then you can always update all of your Microsoft account security information
    to further protect it. Its a good idea to do this a bit more frequently as well.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him.

    Anytime you find yourself in a game like that, it's best to leave immediately.

    How to report a player on Xbox One

    1. Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One controller.
    2. Press LB to arrive at the People tab.
    3. Select Find someone.
    4. Type the player's Gamertag. This will open their profile.
    5. Select Report or block.
    6. Select Report.
    7. Choose a reason for filing a report.
    8. Type an additional comment, if needed.
