Hacker disables in game play associated with account

Early in June I was playing Black Ops II multiplayer when a hacker did something to my account. I'm now unable to join a multiplayer game or enter the barracks when using my profile. All functions work properly on other family and friends profiles when played
on my consoles. As of June 22, there's been no resolve and no feedback from Activision. I'm unable to utilize the services I paid for and am increasingly frustrated with feeling as though I've wasted money. Activision concluded my account was hacked but that's
it. There's been no follow up by Activision to assure me if the issue will be resolved or when. What am I supposed to do and does this mean my purchases are my loss?

It's risky, you could get banned and lose all your games. Here is a blurb from the terms of service:

"2.5. What limitations apply to my access and use of Microsoft and third-party content?

We may disable access to Microsoft and third-party content associated with your account for any reason. We may also remove or disable games, applications, content, or Services... for example, if you change your account to another region you may need to re-purchase content or applications that were available to you and paid for in your previous region."

 

Recovering Xbox Live Account

Yes, we've tried that. He doesn't know the password associated with his email account because of the hack, so we can't proceed past that page.

 

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately the only ones who can help with this are Activision. In the meantime you can still get in to games. You'll just need to have a friend invite you to their lobbies.

 

This is a game ban and only the game publisher can help you with that
