I have contacted MS and was advised to do what i have already done prior to contacting XBL file a complaint (MS don't feel they have any responsibility for Xbox) what use is filing a complaint when on the complaint option there is no where to give additional
info i simply want to provide proof of a hacker offering hacks on XBL yet no one seems to want to see it how can they investigate my complaint when they wont here it or see it this is what MS response was "Thank you for contacting Microsoft Customer Service.
Xbox has a dedicated support team to assist you with these types of questions" they also gave me the american customer support telephone no. but i live in the Uk i replied to them stating if no one from company's claiming to be anti cheating wants to see proof
of a cheat perhaps the press would maybe its time to embarrass people into doing there job after all i pay for the gold service and now you don't need it for apps its purely for online gaming so where is my protection as its a legal requirement if you pay
someone for internet they have a level of care to ensure its a safe environment to use.

Activision and Treyarch also recieved emails from me including the message of proof but i have yet to here back from them (but at least i could include the proof to them).

I feel for you Milady Mel as your situation is worse than mine mine is simply me trying to remove hackers yours is idiots giving you s-h-1-t constantly but you can ignore these ppl and if you have a PC you can take screen shots of there messages and pass
them along to the local police to investigate unless your local police are as useless as MS & XBL Support

Firstly - BongKaos please explain what you consider my offence as i haven't named and shamed anyone or used profanity i would however guess its my use of the variant of excrement now i'm in the UK and its not classified as profanity its how we say the word
in front of children or in similar situations and i'm sorry but when no one at either Xbox Or its parent group Microsoft wants to see the proof of hackers offering hacks on Xbox or other people getting bullied by idiots i get annoyed after all i payed £38
to use Xbl to play games online the same as others where are the safe guards so we can use this service safely without harassment and without hackers iv already completed a player complaint avoided and ignored the individual before contacting Xbox or Microsoft
(all i get is file a complaint) but he should be removed from xbox for breaching the C.O.C and other rules all i want is somewhere to send my evidence but no one cares.

Secondly - Boreal Faith i can only offer the same advice as i did to Milady Mel Take screen shots of there messages to you on your PC so that you have conclusive proof to present to your local police force they have to investigate or if they don't have the
ability to do so they will pass them along to there cyber crimes division they can do something about it as it seems Xbox & Microsoft either cant or wont but i'm quite happy to have new friend's to chat with on Xbl so please feel free to send me a friend request
& i can guarantee no crappy messages as i'm usually having to much fun playing forza to have time to be that kind of idiot (i'm more a clown lol) i welcome new friends who respect the rules i buy games to play online i have friends to play against or alongside

you must find help from outside,in my case,im being bullied and hacked because of how i look and my mental condition,which they took pity off and try to make me"change"in what they call "the hard way"...Its mostly kids that dont and wont realise the damages
they are doing,«they are the doctors and scientists»and me their guinea pig and subject»there is no use trying to argue with a wall of ignorance and human arrogance...So,it was easy for me to get extra help from outside»like doctors,crisis centers and foundations
that specially help kids or ppls like me being bullied.Not every mesures i took will be revealed on xbox since trolls post here as well.But for you,maybe there is some places you can visit personnally to help you get an awnser fast from microsoft,they may
be slow,but they are only 60 ppls for at least 15000 complain per days,so this will take time for both of us,but dont worry,they listenned to your file complaint and your hackers messages my trolls bios and messages will remain in their bank for months ^_~
