Hacker and modder

i was in a party with a friend and this guy was being a total bag *** then started saying he was going to hack me telling the people in the party to keep me there he left then not long after he came back and joined the party with my profile name and bio,
country. probably a mod. he then went on about how he was going to hack my account and ban it. i went with it because i trust Microsoft security. i reported him the moment he said he was a hacker. he then went on explaining to me that how many credit card
accounts he has from accounts hes hacked. i was in the party for a while and he has a modded Xbox 360 and was modding GTAV

There is also an IP on my recent activity that is unknown and i was forwarded to Senior Support and will be investigated.

calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

The only way to report someone is via your console,it cannot be done on the forums..

The chances of anyone hacking your account are extremely slim,sounds to me like this person was talking rubbish to be honest.

Unless you give out all of your login details your account will be fine.

Regardless of the phony hacking that i already knew because so many people say they can (second person who tried it on me today). he has tampered with the Xbox 360 console and tampered with the online game-play altering it for everyone. judging by the
gamer-score a dummy account.

microsoft support told me to report him here with specific directions.

 

Support have a habit of sending people here when they can't help or don't know the answer.

Specific instructions? So they told you to post in this section (not the support are) and told you to give out personal information /Name and shame....

i actually still have it open lol but no im not getting her in trouble as im a nice person and she was nice and she said nothing about posting the name or anything i just assume when you report someone you post the name

You said the instructions were very specific..... then added information. What exacly is still open? the investigation?

People like to bash phone support, Seems you were given the needed info and ignored it.

It's really easy.... Just use the console features and move on....

This is exactly the sort of thing i have said to the moderators, people like the one annoying you ruin this forum for new users.

He does this exact same thing to everyone and nothing is ever done to stop it.

Everyone here knows phone support send you to the forums to report people,they have been doing it for a while now.
