Discus and support Hacked?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I'm getting achievements on a game I dont even own idk if I'm hacked or what nothing else has changed or deleted so is it a glitch?     Microsoft Account and Xbox one account

    I opened a new microsoft outlook account because my last one was hacked.I tried to connect my xbox gamertag to it but instead it gave me a new one. How do I change it so that my new outlook about is connected to my current gamer tag on my xbox one?

    PLEASE HELP ME.MY SON HAS HIS OWN ACCOUNT AND MY E-MAIL IS SECONDARY. I NOTICED THAT THIS ACCOUNT THAT I AM WRITING TO YOU FROM IS NOT MINE.I NEVER OPENED IT BUT I DID NOTICE THAT THE PLAYER THIS PERSON PLAYED WAS MY SON??? NOW MY SONS ACCOUNT HS BEEN BANNED
    AND IS ALSO HACKED.I SAW IT TODAY WHEN HE TURNED ON HIS XBOX THAT IT SAID HE WAS JUST ON A HALF HOUR AGO WHEN IN FACT THAT WOULD BE INPOSSABLE HE WAS SLEEPING AND ITS JUST HIM AND i. IT IS OBVIOUS AFTER TALKING TO XBOX LIVE A FEW WEEKS BACK ,WE WERE BEING
    HARRASSED TO THE POINT THAT I WAS READY TO THROW THE UNIT AWAY.THEY HAD NO REAL ANSWER FOR ME. I find it interesting how the last person he played,on this account i am writing to you with my e-mail was my son and now he is banned for life.please look into

    Sorry to hear it. Are you game sharing with anyone else or have you provided your log in details to anyone? Other reasons would include games that give achievements to all signed in players regardless of whether they are playing or not (there are a couple
    out there) or someone else is using your tag on your console without your knowledge.

    However, if you believe that someone has gained access to your tag without your knowledge or consent you should change your email and/or password to prevent further use or call phone support to open an unauthorized access ticket. Please click this link

    Microsoft you have a PROBLEM

    Unless a main website or service has been hacked - like PSN, it's not a hack ok.

    Phishing, NOT a hack

    Social engineering, NOT a hack

    Giving someone your LIVE ID to someone else and then losing your account,
    NOT a hack

    Using dodgy software or websites offering free points and what not, then losing your account, still
    NOT a hack.

    Signing up for various suspect websites using the same email address and password for LIVE. then losing your account. still
    NOT a hack.

    If EA was compromised and it held your Windows LIVE ID, this is technically a hack, but it's EA that would have been hacked, not Xbox LIVE. When I say 'hack' I mean a real, sophisticated website or server attack. A hack in the literal sense of the word.

    PC is very easy to hack anyway, not really a big problem, if they can hack PSN then they can hack this.
