Hacked with MS AND XBOX AND MOVIES. WANT TO DELETE XBOX PROFILE

If you had your account hacked you should try to recover it using the recovery form below.

But if you haven't been hacked and you want to delete your account, it is not possible to delete an Xbox profile from a Microsoft account they are one and the same.

Yes i have modded my xbox everything fan,jtag,iso's for games that why i want a third party to fix my xbox not ms. well thanks anyways im building a custom pc soon i just wanted to see whats the problem with my xbox

Hi Ronnie. I've tried all the troubleshooting listed, the resetting, profile deletion, etc... All 4 options... I purchased Shazam 2 from the 360 and watched it and a few other movies a week or so after.. Then all of a sudden I get the "this Xbox service isn't available right now. Please try again later.". So it's been down on my 360 for about two weeks now, but I'm all good on my One X... Maybe the 360's movie app servers are down and MS isn't aware of it???

The key is to talk with customer support and tell them that your account was hacked and that you need them to do an unauthorized access unable to recover escalation.

This is what should happen.

1. the support team should fill out a form to send to the escalation team these are some parts of the form.

1. they will have you create a new MS account that does not have a xbox profile/gamertag attached to it.

2. they will ask you for some information off of the console that your profile has been on.

3. ask for the IP address for your internet where your console is at.

4. ask for information that was on your account previously, Name, DOB, billing zip code

they will then send this form up to the MS escalations team who will look over the information and determine if your account was hacked and that information is correct they will then move ALL of your account information including any licenses for games and
movies over to the new account that you created at the beginning of the form. This is why it can not have a xbox profile attached to it because they will not be able to move the old account to the new account if there is one.

Are the same movies you are trying to watch on zune marketplace?

Could it be that MS don't want to lose money on Zune
