    Hacked to suspension


    I got hacked by one of my friends and he sent himself a message on my account to his account and went back on his account reported me and when I got on this morning i was suspended and he just thought I would get a warning but know
    I'm screwed. what do I do.

    Suspensions for knowingly participating in a hacked lobby are usually permanent.

    sorry but your suspension wont be lifted make sure in the future you avoid modded/hacked lobbies

    If your account was compromised you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation to get your account back under your control. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support Otherwise, if you gave your friend your account information (which also violates the code of conduct) or you let your account on his console, it was not a "hack".

    Then you would go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. If you were not "hacked", keep on mind you are responsible for your own account at all times.
