Hacked then suspended

so when I woke up and I read that I was suspended for a message I thought maybe someone reported me. I then got on another account because the suspension was only a week. On my other account I looked at my original account () and my gamer picture
was changed to the text of “ Hacked”. And the online bots won’t help me. Please help me get in suspended because it wasn’t my fault

Suspensions is correct. That is not the forum to deal with your issue. Unfortunately, you will have to call support again and try to get them to find your account. Hopefully you still have the reference number from the original issue. If you don't get
satisfaction from the person you are speaking with, ask to speak with a supervisor.

You'll need to secure your account first. For someone to have accesses your account they would have had to have known your exact email address and password to be able to sign into your account.

Maybe you were sharing your account with a friend and they did this?

It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.
