hacked then i got banned help plz

ok so I got banned from Xbox live but I had not played for a week but earlier in the week my account was active but I was not on and my profile is not on any other consoles so I changed my password and 2 days later I get an email that I have been banned
I have tried to put a case review in to get rid of my ban but I could not get the 12 questions right one the questionnaire thing I hade to do I only got one wrong so now I'm stuck and need your help plz any one of you staff I was hacked and I got banned plz
don't punish me I did not do anything please and thank you for any help if you need more info let me know ty

Hey there, xL Rival. First and foremost I would recommend filing a complaint against the user via your console by following the steps listed in this sticky:

forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx. This will make sure your case is reviewed by a member of Enforcement.

It also seems like you may have experienced a DDoS attack. I would recommend taking a look at this support article titled "Denial of service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of
Service (DDoS) attacks: Frequently asked questions." If you call your ISP they should be able to grant you a new IP address and work with you to get this issue resolved.

Adding to what Craz said, you might want to add a pass code to your account just in case. Also, you should file a complaint on Hectic Founder. Speak to Xbox support and they'll try to get your account back to you.

I'd suggest you redownload your gamertag.

1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

2) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

3) Enter the Windows Live ID for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

4) Enter the password for the WLID.

4A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

5) Select the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

6) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's Xbox!

7) Sign in, and play!
