Hacked then banned

My account was banned after a hacker got my details and i guess sent messages to other players, i have been told to post on these forums again for the 7th time... i would appreciate it if you could look into the account for me and maybe get it unbanned asap
s i have missed out on 1 week of subscription.

Hello microsoft, i havent been on xbox in about 2 weeks but a few days ago i went on and it said i was banned from xbl.I also happened to notice that my account avatar color was blue.

If it happened during an UA, you'll need to call support and then they'll send up a review to see about getting the ban revoked.

You need to call support back and ask the to open an unauthorised access case on your account.

They will be able to determine the exact time and place your console was being accessed when the offence took place.

If they find your account wasn`t hacked,as its very unlikely to have been, your punishment may be increased.

As Owen said,nothing anyone on the forums can do.The chances of your account actually being hacked are extremely slim but if you feel that it was then phone support are your only option.

The above posters are correct and I would urge you to call phone support if you strongly feel your account was breached. However please note that if someone accessed your account via your console or if they knew your credentials, then the error would lay
with you as you have the responsibility of keeping your account secure. You were misinformed to come here and post as no one here can help you reverse the suspension.

And I wish hacking is no longer in our systems or banning people's accounts. It's very terrible and I wish banning people's accounts wish it's banned for being banned or hacked . I mean modio should be banned or cancel or some other hacking websites should
be banned .

Yes he can banned you, by hacking into your account then use it for hack games online then it get banned that one way of it.

What i want to know is are they issuing bans out for hacked lobbies/hacked leaderboards or what.

Leaderboards full of hacks and obvious hacks but nothing been done as of yet

The hacks you are referring to are for the PC version of the game, some hack users have already been banned and once there is a way to detect the hackers they will no doubt be blocked, banned or otherwise dealt with as well. There are no hacks for the console
versions and anyone claiming otherwise is lying and anyone selling console hacks is just trying to rip you off.
