Hacked Stolen Account

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

It's not a hack through Fifa12. It's the fact EA's website was hacked and the EA account info was stolen. Then these same hackers as using the stolen account info to access XBL accounts and are purchasing stuff for Fifa12 on the stolen accounts.

I am not sure but maybe they are selling the accounts on to Fifa 12 players who are using them to buy the stuff? Or they are buying it themselves on their consoles. If the hackers are using their consoles to DL the stolen purchases onto I am surprised the
consoles haven't been banned yet as all the Stolen DLC will be linked to those consoles.

Also apparently tweeting about it, will get your issues resolved faster, Especially if you tweet to all the public MS/XBL figures on Twitter. This is a public forum that only a small portion of people visit. twitter is much larger and more public.

Are you sure you had a Microsoft account and not a Mojang account?

If you're sure it was a Microsoft account, probably the hacker added another email address and deleted yours. In this case, I think you should contact Microsoft Support:

If you think you account got deleted by the hacker (which seems like by your original post), there’s a 60-day grace period during which you can reopen your account. After 60 days, your Microsoft account will be permanently deleted. For more info, see:

Now if the hacker probably changed your account email address (not deleted it), you can try to recover your account using this form:

If there's a credit card or any payment method added to your account and there are possible recurring payments, I highly recommend contacting your payment provider or your bank and requesting to stop all future payments from Microsoft.
