Hacked off - feeling that I am being held to ransom

Thanks for the help. I have been in contact with the help desk and it appears I have to send the unit back to be repaired! So as I can't afford it, it will have to wait until I can. I have had problems, this has confirmed it.

As has already been said,the youtube app is right there on the first page of the apps section.

You do not need gold to use it,so are not being held to any kind of ransom.

The Youtube app can be found in the apps section of the Xbox 360 dashboard and doesn't require Gold membership as of the June 2014 update which you should've received 2 weeks ago. The PS4 isn't exactly a godsend machine itself.

I have gone through my apps and the xbox website. How the hell do I get the youtube app up on my xbox? I have searched high and low to find it.

You are NOT a paid gold member at this time..... although, you can get Youtube and other popular apps at no charge now.
