My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

If you believe your account has been hacked, you must phone Xbox support, and they can lock your account. From there, you can start an unauthorised access case. You can contact support here:
Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support

I would recommend changing passwords to other accounts if they are similar or the same to your hacked one.

Please also do not post emails, ID's/serials on public forums.
