Hacked/Modded lobbies need help to ban profile

I need some help to ban someones profile due to hacking and using mods in a Search and Destroy lobby, already filed complaint and was wondering if i could get some more help by speeding the process up in banning the profile who hacked, i got video and photo
proof of him hacking the lobby and also witnesses who played with me which are my friends that i play online with. So if the person who hacked the lobby could get banned or his console possibly be banned from playing online it will surely help out a lot. i
tried to upload a video or pictures but for some reason i cant

If you mean Lobbies as in hacked/modded lobbies then yes.

 

Hacking/Modding on Xbox Live

Where do you stand on hacking and "modding" games on Xbox Live? Do you hack lobbies or have a "modded" (modified) controller, or do you consider hacking and modding to be cheating? Do you think players who hack and mod have an "unfair" advantage, or is all fair in love and war?

 

Treyarch nor Microsoft isn't going to do anything about that simply because Treyarch is finished with Call of Duty Black Ops 2. They're now working on their new 2015 Call of Duty. There will always be a hacking or modding in Call of Duty,previous CoDs are
already like that,so Black Ops 2 is apart of that now.....There is nothing we can do about. Hope for the best for Treyarch's next game.

Sorry to say but nothing will be done by posting on the forums. You have to report them threw the built in online report system that Black Ops II has on the game. That is the only way something could be possible be done.
