    My microsoft account has been hacked and the email was changed twice so was the password changed but only once i tried getting it back but a expert said they cant get it back anymore if the email was changed or something i forgot i also got a screenshot where it shows that my microsoft email has been changed also the date the account was created is 27.01.2021.The account is really important for me please help me also if u guys need the screenshot here

    Thanks, but that's the problem, my profile logs in, but offline only. If i try to log into xbox live online, it asks for passwords which no longer work. Password recovery and the form asking for email subjects and contacts is a joke, when I only needed the
    email address for my xbox live profile. I've just made another microsoft account, this time without an xbox live profile, just in case somehow microsoft or xbox can move my profile for me.

    I've rang them before and they just pointed me in the direction of the form and password reset pages :-(
