    Hacked Microsoft Account – Recovery Form in limbo, Need Help from Support


    Hello,
    My Microsoft account was recently hacked, and I can no longer access it. I’ve already completed the account recovery form multiple times using the https://account.live.com/acsr link, but unfortunately, my haven't got back to me after 72hrs, even though I’ve provided as much accurate information as I can remember, including old passwords and details about the account. I’ve also tried calling Microsoft Support, but I only get automated responses and no way to reach a live person.
    This account is very important to me, and I need help from a support agent to escalate the case or verify my identity another way. Can someone from the Microsoft team please assist me?
