Hacked microsoft account I can’t get back

So basically my xbox account got hacked a long time ago, and they managed to change the email along with the password. I’ve gone through various support forms, talked to multiple customer service reps, to no avail. The problem is that I have security questions on my account, which was created when I was probably 11 years old, nearly 10 years ago. Microsoft will not budge with me, even though i’ve given them various sources of proof that I used to own the account. I have given them old passwords, usernames, and even, my linked skype name and contacts. The reason i’m making this post is to see if there is anything salvageable from this whole 3 year ordeal, that i’ve been jumping through hoops to solve.

I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

I am afraid that our only best option to try to recover your account is to fill out the account recovery form again. You may want to enter or provide other relevant information that would match to your account.

There's also a possibility that you may be recovering a different account. It's important that you know the right current email address that's linked with your hacked account.

As much as we would love to help here in the community, we can only do so much about it due to Microsoft's strict security and policy for our accounts' safety.

Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

My xbox account profile isn’t working at all, and I can’t change it because, a hacker hacked me, and they kept threating me, and said going hack u more and more, and they won’t stop need real help from anyone get my account and profile pic back, and able
to upload new profile pic back.

My Xbox account has been hacked to. I still have access to my account somehow but they changed the email linked the account and deleted my Microsoft account completely. I have no idea how they even got into it in the first place. I can’t get Xbox support or Microsoft support on a call at all because they don’t consider it an issue.
