Hacked fake email address

Hi

I reset my password recently and then when I came to change it came up with a verification page one of the emails on the verification page which was not mine I want to know how to remove that because it’s something from Russia which is not associated with
me in the UK thanks

Yes thanks it would not work at first but after i looked at activity i did not recognise it allowed me to delete the person who tried to log in from China which i have never visited.Wierdly though the person used my wife’s nickname and maiden name which
has never been associated with this account but was on her old Skype. Let me know your thoughts thanks

You cannot get hacked on Xbox LIVE. The only way the person can get your details, is if you give it to him or if you go on fake websites that ask for you email address and password.

Also don't fall for the 15th Prestige or free Microsoft Points scams.
