    someone hacked my epic account and when I got it back I have nothing on my fortnite account please help.

    I would say first contact epic games and then microsoft support. Those really are the only people that can help you in this situation. i know when my actual account got hacked microsfot would shut down my xbox and i had to call them to confirm it was me
    etc.... then they up'd the level of security to deal with the problems. So those are the two that i would suggest you contact.

    What account was hacked specifically? Your Epic Games account, or your Xbox account?

    So to clarify. Its your Epic games account you are trying to recover and NOT your Xbox live profile correct?

    If this is the case then the one and only people who have the capability of assisting would be Epic Games support.

    Microsoft cannot help you with your Epic Games account.

    If Epic games wont assist then unfortunately nothing else can be done.

    This is a joke, right?

    i think the $60 goes towards more gaming security that doesnt come with free gaming like sony or nintendo. thats why there hasnt been any "epic" account hacking to thousands of microsoft accounts.
