    Hello, my email and password got leaked along with a few others and of course people take advantage of leaked things. I was able to save a lot of things that were costly. One of the users that took advantage of my account is a person named Allen. Pretty
    he much put private information on a leaked account so I know his full name, the state that he lives in and that he is eleven years old. Unfortunately, while he was accessing my account he used the free change to my gamer tag. I cannot change my gamer tag
    without needing to pay. I don't have a credit card right now. Please help. It took me 13 hours to realize and update my password so people had plenty of time. Hacked Email :(

    you see someone hacked my email years ago and I forgot all about it , and days ago I joined LIVE GOLD with the same email and all good, days later I can't sign in .... and the email was hacked so I don't have the password...

    Best thing to do in this situation would be to contact support
    here     & ask them to open an unauthorised access case.

    If they find your account was not under your control when the gamertag was changed then they may give you a name change for free but there is no guarantee.

    Microsoft says my account doesn't exist

    I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.

    I never used a number on my account i only used email and my email was hacked about 3 months ago they tried hacking my Steam but turns out they hacked my Microsoft as well
