    Hacked EA account associated with my gamer tag


    So I just purcheds Madden NFL 17. When I tried to play I noticed that it had a different email address associated with it. So I contacted EA and they can not remove the account due to the person changing my password and email address.
    Xbox support informed me they can not unlink the ny Gamer Tag for EA. I am in need of help. PSS.. this is the loser email that did id [MOD Removed - Please see

    So, how many of you are 10 year Xbox Live gamers?

    I started with the xboxlive beta with the headset and MotoGP disk, but I currently have a new different gamer tag due to my associated Hotmail account going inactive, due to not logging into email, and thus preventing me from renewing the live account. I had to create a new account while I went through the steps of recovery for the Hotmail address. Once recovered, I simply stayed with my new gamer tag... Now associated with the old Hotmail account. :-(

    Account hacked?

    I suspect mine got hacked because my gamertag/Windows live email were on the EA website from 2009. I must have signed on once and never again. Since they could associate my GT and windows live email, they probably either got the password and it was the
    same as my WL account or they somehow hacked it. Anyway, from what I've heard most of the accounts hacked were somehow associated with EA.

    Xbox Support is unable to unlink your account since it's not something hosted by Microsoft or Xbox. It sounds as if this is an EA Account so EA support would be the best folks to help. Xbox Support would be able to help you change your email on your Microsoft
    Account, but not on an EA Account.

    Xbox Support is unable to unlink your account since it's not something hosted by Microsoft or Xbox. It sounds as if this is an EA Account so EA support would be the best folks to help. Xbox Support would be able to help you change your email on your Microsoft
    Account, but not on an EA Account.

    EA Account linked to old Gamer tag

    I am getting the infamous "Your Xbox is linked to another EA account. One EA account per Xbox in a lifetime". Not exact words, but pretty close. I spent all weekend on chat with EA and they couldn't find my old gamer tag that was associated with this. I gave them every email address that I could think of as well.

    I changed my Xbox gamer tag back in December of 2014. The receipt from Microsoft doesn't show it The gamer tag's either. EA support told me to get with Xbox support to see if the can tell me what my previous gamer tag was.

    Do you know if Xbox support would be able to see that?

    If they can't, EA told me I'm pretty much SOL, and if I am I wont be able to play any EA game online ever again on the Xbox platform. Which is so ridiculous.

    EA being a billion dollar plus company, can't even develop a program to overwrite any past Xbox links to accounts.

    Gamertag does not match

    I logged on to my live account and it's does not have my gamer tag RAPIDxxKAOStagxx27 instead there's some gamer that's not associated with mtg account. Why is this?

    I only share my gamer tag. I did now change my Microsoft account number and when I signed in the hacked person detail immediately showed as my gamer tag...

    COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY HACKED XBOX Account Back??????
