Hacked by Russian Email Account

I have emailed repeatedly about this issue, I keep getting locked out of my account, recently my console was removed from the account. I am having to re-verify on an almost daily basis. The Russian email is attached to recovery, so there is nothing else
I can do on my end. REMOVE THE RUSSIAN EMAIL FROM MY ACCOUNT, OR LOSE THIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Microsoft Account Hacked

So yeah, my account was hacked by Russians. They spent about $300 on NCA17, which I don't play. Now I have to wait up to 3 days for the account recovery team to call me. May want to change your e-mail and other passwords in case it's going on elsewhere.

Region Problem

A little while back my account was hacked by someone in Russia and when they hacked it they changed my region Russia. This changed everything to Russian and for a long time I've dealt with it, but I'm getting a little sick of it. How would I go about getting
my account back into English? Any help would be great, thanks!

yea yea yea whatever yall comment on here like you care or something but the second i email you tell me to kick rocks and tell me theres nothing that you can do to help me im over it ive tried to prove that its my account and it was hacked by a Russian but yall just dont care. We don't game share no with our console. But the Xbox in question isn't in our home it belongs to the son of my partner's ex, so we have no idea if they have been game sharing. Could this have caused my partner's Microsoft account to be hacked? It was a
Russian email address that hacked him and kicked him out of his own Microsoft account.

When you called customer support what did they tell you? They should've filled out an unauthorized access claim for you.. for a migrated account the process can be more lengthy..that's the only thing that you can do. :/
