Oh I see, sorry about the mistake. When you get there ask for an Unauthorized Access Ticket on the account. They'll ask for information on the account then lock it down while they investigate.

I completely understand. What you'll need to do is use a different account to create the request. Once you get to a Microsoft Advocate you can let them know all the information for the account
