a player recently invited me to a party, while in the party he hacked my ip address and messed with my internet. now he is messing with my debit card information and tried to spend my money, my card has now been cancelled and i cannot spend my own money
ive earned because of this player, ive reported this player and im wanting to know if there is any further actions i can take other than reporting him. hes still out there doing this to people and i want action taken against his account is there any further
steps i cant take?

As others have pointed out, if someone had the ability to hack another player, why in the hell would they tell them they are going to hack you? Wouldn't they just hack you silently/anonymously?
