    Hacked and Now Banned from Xbox Live


    My account was hacked on Saturday, awful messages sent to some of my contacts, an upgrade on Fortnite ordered and my Fifa players wiped and my weapons deleted from Fortnite. This was reported to Microsoft and the police and my bank. I then got a message
    from Xbox Live last night that I have been banned. I am gutted, I have done nothing wrong. I cannot seem to contact the Enforcement Team either. Any suggestions welcome please.

    Well, I am not staff. But, there are a variety of different reasons you could be banned. Is your Gold Membership just expired? Not banned, just need to renew it? Do you have your xbox JTAG'ed? Any sort of hacking that is detected will ban your console and flag your GamerTag. If one of your friends has their console JTAG'ed and you logged into Live on it without knowing it was hacked would get you banned. Excessive swearing, racial slurs, spamming people could do it.

    You're not giving us a whole lot to go on, so I can't be 100% sure. Did you buy the xbox from ebay? Possibly the person before you hacked it. Again, just too many unknown variables.

    Banned profile wanting to get unbanned

    Yes my Xbox live profile ZxXQURKXxZ is banned right now because it got hacked and that person who hacked it got my profile banned. By the way I got my profile back . Also I was just wanting to see if I can get my Xbox live profile unbanned?

    I know you said you reported it, but if you havent already, contact support again and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.

    Then go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. Unfortunately, even if support finds your account was out of your hands at the time, it does not guarantee your ban will be lifted based
    on the severity of anything done at the time. But that would be the only way to possibly have it lifted.

    Well, any kind of hack of modding is forbidden by XBOX LIVE Terms, but is EA Sports the ones who are in charge to ban from their servers the players who do that kind of hacks, and Xbox LIVE is the one who can ban the user from the LIVE online system only.

    Only the Xbox Policy Enforcement Team can ban people from Xbox Live. If someone is threatening to ban or hack you, you should report this person immediately. Likewise if the person is spamming, harassing, or otherwise effecting your enjoyment of Xbox Live.

    Yes you would get banned from xbox live if you were to debug the game, and this is not the forums to talk about cheating, glitching or hacking a game
