Hacked and Madden team auctioned off and coins stolen

I know how to report people through the console, what I mean is what if someone is trying to trade Xbox accounts and or sell stolen hacked MSP codes on an auction website.

It'd be FIFA ultimate team related. Players buy packs of cards using in game currency or MSP that are ranked from Bronze to Gold depending on the players contained within. Players can also sell their cards back to the game for in game coins (not MSPs). The
interesting part is that the in game coins and players go for big bucks on Ebay and other auction sites and considering the relatively small investment required it's nearly all profit for the people doing this.

It explains the purchases made on the credit cards linked to stolen accounts and why nearly everyone who has had their account stolen recently has the same two Fifa 12 achievements (I'll have that one & new club in town) unlocked.

Sort of right. FIFA Ultimate Team tat goes for big money on auction sites and some enterprising sorts have worked out that using stolen accounts to buy the tat increases their profits greatly. How they're stealing accounts is a mystery though, the hacked
are adamant that their passwords were extremely strong, that their log in details were unique to their XBL account, they also say they didn't fall for phishing scams, it doesn't look like a hack of the service itself (no hacker keeps that quiet no matter how
much dosh is involved) so we're left with social engineering.
