hacked and idk what to do (pls read entire thing)

Yesterday I was hacked and when I tried to recover I used my email, but the hacker removed it so Microsoft said it doesn't exist. I used the hacker's email and used the correct information in the recovery form but it says unsuccessful and cant confirm I own the account. is there anything else I can do? The hacker probably changed everything related to the recovery form so I can't do anything about it. (btw the email of the hacker ends with rambler.ru)

I read multiple other forums about rambler.ru hacking them but the solutions didn't work and they didn't get their accounts back

bad news. my account got suspended. apparently if the customer service thing changes my security info its a violation of their thing. welp atleast the hacker doesnt have my account :/

I talked with an online agent and they sent my info to the experts and I'm waiting for a response. tysm for helping
