Hacked Account

Long-Term. As I mentioned beforehand, other things were happening too such as purchases of games and changing of my gamertag. Each time I rang Xbox Support, and they had to do that escalation and investigation stuff.

Quick clarification - Phishing isn't Hacking. Xbox Live hasn't been "hacked" but many accounts have been Phished. It's human error rather than a vulnerability in the system.

You could change your privacy settings to prevent people looking at your dodgy cheevos?

If you completed a raid without dying you wopuld be a destiny legend as not many peole have done this. Not saying you haven't, just i highly doubt it.

 

No,sorry but actually getting your xbox live account hacked once is extremely rare,but several times???,I don't believe that for a minute.

Obviously been hacked again since last posting as now have 100%. On a load more games. Who's hacking you Santa or the Cheevo Fairy?

Oh wow, you really need to get into the habit of using a secure password.

Top tip from a fraud analyst: when you have a password like "password1" and you "get hacked", don't change it to "password2".....

 

So as you guys can see my account has been hacked or whatever you want to call it... I went through Xbox and 'they couldn't find anything' I was just wondering can I change my email address associated with my account? I blocked the achivements so I don't
get accused of doing it my self. I don't use easy passwords, this is someone who is attacking me as Xbox account isn't the only thing that they've gotten into. I just want to make a new email, rather then start a new profile.

 

@Elite Shanique, wouldn't expect any help. Just accusations you've been doing it yourself. I'm assuming a majority of you are American, would explain the big-headed attitudes and oh ever-so-amusing "Jokes".

Hacked Multiple times = Unlikeley

MS to keep restoring your account after multiple hacks = Impossible

Urgh'... Yeah you're right. I'm hiding ***. This hacking has been happening of other things of mine, and Elite Shanique... She's my girlfriend, and it's been happening to her too. Facebook. Twitter. deviantART. You name it, it keeps getting compromised.
We actually think it's someone we know close with our profiles on their Xbiox, there's a few people we know with J-Tags, subscribed accounts to Horizon, etc'. Reason I hid most of that is because, well, it's Xbox unrelated. From a stranger's point of view
I can see now how it looks suspicious, and frankly I apologise for my earlier comment, I was a little angry and losing my *** because a lot of people I know in real life have implied it's all me doing it (Cos, you know, hey fun idea, I'll hack my girlfriend).

Think what you will, but I honestly have not hacked my own accounts nor would do that to a loved one... You know as far as saying doing something to a loved one gaming wise goes...
