Hacked Account www.microsoft.com

My email login for Microsoft.com was hacked and someone has a different recovery email listed. I cannot find anyway to contact Microsoft because everything asks for an email login which I cannot login.. Someone ordered several games on XBOX thru this email which is the only way I knew something was going on, because I received a confirmation in my email box. How do i get my account restored with my email login I have had for 25 years?

I have tried that around 20 times and they just respond that i need to talk with my ISP or something crazy. What does my ISP have to do with my microsoft.com xbox account..?

With regards to your account being hacked and disabled by Microsoft, you can try to submit an account reinstatement form to reinstate your old account:

However if it doesn't work, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to regain access to your old account and its purchased licenses.
