hacked account stuck on my windows xbox app

am stuck on the xbox windows page bc i got an hacked account i tried to troubleshoot from this page i saw alot of fixes but they did not work -- and from xbox it shows me that i signed in on the new account but it always tell me to sign in while am signed in it tell me to sign in on the hacked account and if i go to setting - email & Accounts it won,t appear there idk why

Just to confirm, when you say "hacked account", do you mean your original account that you no longer have access to?

Also, are you saying the Xbox app on Windows keeps prompting you to sign in with that hacked account, even though you're already signed into your new one? And when you check Windows settings under Email & Accounts, the hacked account isn’t listed there at all?

Try resetting the Xbox app: go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find Xbox, click the three dots > Advanced options, then click Reset.

If that doesn’t help, create a new Windows user profile under Settings > Accounts > Other users, log into it, and test the Xbox app there.

I apologize for your question going unanswered this long. I will try my best to assist you in this matter.

open windows app store (microsoft store)
log out from your primary account (in the microsoft store)
go to windows services
stop "windows update service"
erase contents of folder: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
restart your computer
open windows app store, log in yourself
start xbox app (beta)
download game

hi, well i realize that these tutorials are for minecraft launchers windows 10, and the xbox identity provider app i was triying to say that THESE tutorials required that, but when i installed the minecraft launcher windows 7 in windows 10 and i logged with a microsof account, it redirect me to the xbox app, but in the windows 7 pc is stuck in the loading screen, and the xbox app is for windows 10, BUT i realize that the app says that i cant use xbox in windows 7 after the march 2019 update, so that means i should install a older version of xbox or i should do what did you say?
