    Hi. Unfortunately all the means you have tried are the only means possible to retrieve your account. It is frustrating to have your account hacked. But unfortunately you have exhausted all means possible to retrieve your account.

    However, before you proceed, if your son's account is associated with a Minecraft account, you can also try to contact the game developer Mojang for further assistance.

    I can't use those links as when I put in the email linked to the account it says it doesn't exist as the hackers changed email details
