Hacked account now banned

Someone hacked and stole my account. ive talked to an agent and my gamer tag is WinningCrew,

[Mod Removed]

im using my wifes account.

I know who hacked my account too. His name is [Mod Removed]or it might be 117.

His name is [Mod Removed] and im pretty sure his account is suspended too.

Theres hacks and mods on my profile for games i dont even like to play.

I contacted this user and hes even admitted to his faults, and this needs to be resolved.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

My account is suspended. they told me to come here. ive talked to someone online, and someone on the phone. ive done everything and keep gong in circles.

Did you even read the other link I posted? The information says to contact phone support, not post on the forums. Please don't post case or reference numbers.

 

Yes i understand. i started talking with someone through chat. and i got sent to the phones. Then they sent me to the forums and said only you guys could help with a banned account. i just feel like im running in circles.

 

I know why my account was banned. I know the exact reason why. I need my account back. Someone took my information and abused it, i shouldnt be having to do all of this. There should be a specific department that helps me. Everyones routing to everyone else,
its getting quite tedious.

 

It says at the 'What to do' link that I provided;

4. Call Support if needed

Only call Xbox support if:

•There are unauthorized charges on your account

•You can’t change your password

•Your Gamertag has changed

•You can’t download your profile

If you fall into those categories, contact support. I'm no longer going to try and provide assistance.

 

But i have contacted support. Why wont anyone help me? ive been hacked man. Ive been patient all day.

 

If phone support has sent you to the forums to find out why you were banned then you need to use the link Digital has provided to get an official answer from the Enforcement Team. That link is to the only place you can get that response.

If you feel your account was accessed by someone who shouldn't you need to speak with phone support and tell them you want to open an unauthorized access case.
