    About a month ago my account got breached. They took my username and some in game items that have cost me money. Is there any way i can get either of those back. Microsoft has yet to respond to me or do anything to help so i have to go to the community.

    Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?
