Hacked account and Gamertag changed.

So a bit ago to my surprise someone hacked my account and changed my Gamertag, what’s uncool about it is that the GT was an original Gamertag. The name was just Until. But the guy hacked my account and changed my gamertag so he could steal my tag. But y’all
won’t do nothing even though I have so much proof the account / gamertag was indeed mine :/

my xbox live account has been hacked

the person who hacked it changed the email adress my account is linked to and my accounts gamertag

the original email was [mod removed] and my gamertag was xKMx Flawed

they changed the gamertag to Chrissy n mark

Late lastnight my account was hacked and my gamertag was changed. i got my account back but i would like a force name change for me plz

 

You'll need to secure your account first. For someone to have accesses your account they would have had to have known your exact email address and password to be able to sign into your account.

Maybe you were sharing your account with a friend and they did this?

You can contact Xbox Support, they cannot change or revert anything on your account but you can see if they can send the issue up to their account specialists for review.
