Hacked Accnt

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

Your account can't be "hacked" but if your friend believes his/her account has been compromised then they need to contact support for their region & open an unautherized access case.

is there a way of transfering it into a paypal accnt.??.

be sure to check who the parent is of the other child account. because if the parent accnt is not yours you first need to remove that child account from the parent accnt by signing in with the parent account and going into the family settings and removing
him. once removed he should be able to be added to your family. or try using the child accnts parent credentials to add to the family pack.

what you can do is contact chat agents they should be able to refund the game and take away the license given that there are no previous refunds on the accnt and that your accnt is in good standings with Xbox as in no declines, and no violations.

hey SavageTricky on the website on the top right hand side see if you can see your same gamer tag as it is on your console. if its different then you might have redeemed it on a different accnt.

also you can call phone support at 1800-4-MYXBOX to verify that the accnt does have gold. have your email handy because u will be asked to verify your accnt.
