Hacked acccount that has 2fa

I’ve made several account recovery reform with the intention of trying to get my account back , finally one of them has been successfully however with it saying “ It looks like you just used the Microsoft account recovery form (https://account.live.com/acsr?mkt=en-GB) to request a password reset for (the hacker email that they changed it to ) Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know.

If you're having trouble signing in, go to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx?mkt=en-GB and reset your password using security info such as your phone, alternate email address or authenticator app.

Moreover I can’t gain access to it as it seem like they have an alternate email that they send the code to. Is there a way for me to provide evidence that I can own the initial account and the email that was used when first creating that acccount and give me back access

Regrettably, the only way for this to proceed is to reach out to Xbox support. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support. This is for them to check and investigate your account.

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

I have already use the recovery form but it been no help, is there an alternative way for me to provide enough evidence that a certain Microsoft account is mine??
