When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

ich habe die drei accounts schon aufgebraucht aber will mir kein monat kaufen weil ich das nicht brauche ich spiele nur ganz selten. kann man da nicht irgendwie drum rum kommen???

habe das gleiche Problem.

Spiel Titanfall am 5. 7.16 gekauft heute kam ein update und nun steht da ich muss das spiel neu kaufen.

Laut der netten Dame von Kundenservice soll ich mir im Formun helfen lassen, da dort das Problem bekannt ist und sie mir nicht helfen kann....... hmmm

Meine Frage:

Muss ich jetzt die XBox one auf Werkseinstellung zurücksetzten oder gar bis August warten???

Was kann ich tun, damit das Spiel wieder läuft?

Ich habe mich heute beim Support gemeldet. Ich habe das Geld für den Kauf im CH/Store umgehend auf mein Microsoft Konto rückerstattet bekommen und gehe mir jetzt das Spiel als DVD im Handel kaufen ... Mircrosoft mal ganz unkompliziert und kundenfreundlich!

Bei mir ist es genau das gleiche. Ich habe mir die Vorbestellerboni am 8.Apriel.2016 gekauft und habe auch noch kein Code erhalten.
