    my profile was just suspended for no reason what so ever. I don't cheat I never trash talk and basicly keep to myself, I want to know why it was suspended ASAP!

    Please post in
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     and a XBLPET will be with you quickly. Though in my personal opinion the card could've had enough money but when the tried to finally charge it was a void card. At most you'll need to call in and get this fixed unless the XBLPET's
    can fix this issue.

    suspension has not finished on the right date

    Nobody here knows anything about your account and why you are still suspended. You will need to post in the suspended accounts section on the forum in the Xbox support section, then there a PET we respond to your enquiry asap. Also I suggest you check the
    email associated with your gamer tag to see if they have emailed you the reason why and be sure to edit your post and remove your emails on this post.
